Sonhouse Academy is a knowledge centre that focuses on sound, silence and the technological evolution that comes with it. We do research and talks.

Steven Barbé is an audiophile, ran his own record label, is an experienced deejay and is Head of Sonic Branding at Sonhouse. Steven is a frequent speaker at Thomas More, LUCA School of Arts, PXL Mad School of Arts, Ministry of Makers, and many more.

Pioneering in sound identities for over 5 years, Steven has helped in the musical DNA of brands like Coolblue, Corona Direct, Brussels Airport, KU Leuven, Torfs, Colmar, … as well as film projects. Spurring musical creativity and strategy, Steven directs the analysis, composition and roll-out of a project’s personality into sound, music and voice.
