In 1899, Céleste, a cancan dancer in a Montmartre cabaret, desperately tries to reunite with the brother and sister she was brutally separated from as a child after their father was murdered before their eyes. To pay Inspector Léon, tasked with finding them, she has no choice but to become Paris’s first stripper.
