Crelan’s The Miracle TV ad, directed by Guy de la Palme, delivers a delightful surprise.

In their 2025 TV campaign, The Miracle, a Crelan customer receives a call from his advisor while dining at a restaurant. What follows is pure magic. Fellow diners can’t believe their eyes and ears, tourists flock to the scene, and street vendors start selling gadgets and souvenirs featuring the overjoyed customer. Even a skeptic chimes in, calling it fake news.

The campaign reinforces Crelan’s core message: the pleasant surprise that a big bank with genuinely personal service still exists.
